Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Brentwood

Wonderful as always

I was put in a disabled room, not sure why. The room was out dated especially the bathroom . Needs a bit of a facelift

I checked out a day early . Was not told by the front desk that I would be charge the one day no matter what . Found out when I got my receipt via email

Not being forward about the fee for checking out one day early and the place was on - pillow sheets not 100 percent clean

This hotel was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see and do while we were in the area. Ample parking, very each to get in and out of as well. Very clean and staff was super friendly! Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Perfect location and room was great for the 6 of us for one night. Front desk was very nice.

It’s a nice, clean hotel for a good value near numerous eateries and grocery stores. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok for a couple nights. Was not the cleanest. Our bathroom specifically, the tile around the showers and the corners needed work. The sliding glass doors could not be used to access the balconies. There was no outside for pit. The bistro was not open at all on Saturday evening. Our room has a fire alarm/sensor that was right about the bed and it blinked and strobed lights all night long. You had very little control over the actual heat and air in the room

Convenience and location

Had booked a king with sofa bed and when arrived was told only King available. Originally told nothing could be done to change but Della made it happen.
