Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Brentwood

Staff was very friendly. It was clean. Our room had been renovated. Everyone always said hello and goodbye! Managers were friendly. Loved the kitchen manager!

The staff wasn’t pleasant. They were rude.

Derrick at the front desk is pleasant, professional and has a friendly smile. The lady that helped us at the restaurant was super accommodating and friendly as well. Upon check-in, the carpet in our room was soaking (#179). The next morning we realized that it was much more than a simple wet carpet. Water began to come up from the bathroom floor when I turned on the shower the next morning. Tennyson demonstrated excellent customer care in response to my calls. She chatted with me the night before and was caring and responsive each time I called the front desk for towels. She is my she-ro! Once we understood the severity of the matter, she immediately found us a new room. We were in town for a family funeral and I was traveling with my mom who is 81. Keeping her comfortable and making sure that she didn't slip were my main concerns. It was inconvenient to move rooms while in our jammies, but I appreciate the way Tennyson promptly acted to resolve the situation.

Work was being done around the outside of the building so that limited a lot of the parking spaces.

The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and cheap. The sink wouldn't drain so I had to use the shower as a sink. The front desk was super friendly and helpful and the booking process was easy.

The staff was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just could be better.

The room was clean and quiet. Everything mentioned was provided and up to standard. Breakfast paid for was well worth the price.

A very sweet lady named Saundra (I believe that was her name) who works at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and made our over all experience better! The workers here are so kind and it is very clean, good location, and overall a nice place to stay!

I have stayed in a Marriot Courtyard many times when I worked. I am retired now and tried the Marriot for pleasure and it as always never disappointed. This was an exceptional stay. The pool was great also.
