"Basic hotel"

Visited that for business trip. Breakfast is always the same for the 4 days. In room have no hot water. No complementary bottle of drinking water. Very basic hotel like chalet in Singapore. Surprising that housekeeping only done every alternative days of ur stay and not everyday. Expect under Marriott brand should be must better service

Bed & pillows were just so-so...below Marriott standards. Toilet is very low and placed in an awkward place in the king suite room. No bar service. Breakfast you purchase minimal options. Internet not always working. TV cable issues and not always available. When called, the engineer was very nice, but could not fix it. All and all, I feel this property is below Marriott standards. It's a nice looking property, but comfort issues abound. We have stated at many courtyards and other Marriott owned properties. I will look elsewhere on our next visit to this area.

"Modern Hotel "

"Do Not Stay Here"

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was hoping I could avoid leaving such a terrible review but I feel like I owe it to future travelers to know what took place at this establishment. We reserved a very large room block for our wedding weekend over the summer and the lack of professionalism we encountered that weekend was appalling. See my list of grievances below before you decide to stay here. 1. There was no manager or assistant manager on site all weekend. This was shocking to me considering we reserved this hotel 6 months in advance for our wedding and were told there would be management available if needed during our stay. 2. It was complete amateur hour with the staff. The amount of times we heard the phrases "this is my first week" or "I don't know, I just started" was ridiculous. 3. The woman working the front desk was clearly on drugs. It was quite obvious she was unwell and should not be representing a hotel in a professional capacity. 4. Rooms were double booked or my family was told there were no rooms available for them. My family member actually walked in on another person IN THE SHOWER. The hotel is lucky that the person in the shower was another family member. Imagine that law suit if it were a stranger! 5. People booked double queen rooms and were given King Rooms. That is not exactly ideal when (2) couples try to share a room for the night and were given a King bed and then told nothing else is available. 6. Elevators were out of service so my family members had to haul their luggage up the stairs to their rooms. This included elderly folks. Needless to say no staff member offered to help them with their bags either. 7. We arranged "welcome bags" to be given out upon check in. The front desk was giving our bags out to people who were NOT part of our wedding block and also did not give them to people who were in our wedding block. I told the front desk multiple times to ask if people are part of our wedding block but they continued to make the same mistake. 8. The icing on the cake was when we had a LARGE SUM OF CASH STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM. There was no safe inside our room. I guess we missed the sign (apparently located on the back of the door?) that we could rent a safe from the front desk. Here's a thought Marriott, let your guests know upon check out that safes are available for rent. We had an envelope of cash that I purposely hid underneath my personal belongings in the dresser drawer. I thought this was a better idea than leaving it in our vehicle, apparently not. When we left for our rehearsal dinner, someone came into our room and pilfered through our belongings to find an envelope of money. I guess it was their lucky day to steal from a young couple on their wedding weekend. Not only do I feel violated that a stranger was touching my clothing and other personal items, Marriott has taken zero accountability for this. I guess we should have known better that we were easy targets given it was our wedding weekend with important valuables in our room. The only thing Marriott has done to rectify the situation is reimburse our Bonvoy points for our stay. This took months and wasn't resolved until we called the Ambassador Elite service who reimbursed us instantly. All I have to say is MARRIOTT DO BETTER and take accountability. I am extremely disappointed that nothing further has been done, especially when we booked more than half of your hotel rooms that weekend. We gave you a ton of business and our experience was subpar to say the least. And on top of it all, we were victims of thievery. I will be leaving this review across multiple platforms.
