Courtyard Detroit Brighton

Manager at front desk was fast friendly and efficient. The hall to my room smelled like people were smoking. Not thrilled by that. My room was fine though. Slept well w a hot shower.

The building was clean and well accommodated . Had everything one would need to a pleasant stay . Great location. The best thing about this property is the staff . From the minute we checked in until we checked out we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect . I loved the bar and lounge area as well . Special thanks to Juliette , Tracy and Natalie !!!! You are the best !! Look forward to seeing you all again next Christmas . I’m sure we left several other spectacular staff members out but thank you to all!!

New to Brighton and everything in Michigan and starting new jobs, this hotel was our home for two weeks and we were not disappointed. The front desk and maintenance staff were amazing, extremely helpful, and a delight to interact with. Richie, Nenet, Bert, and Sudesh have been extremely warm and helpful during our stay, welcoming this new Michigander in this gem of a hotel. This will definitely be our spot whenever we come around Brighton again, all thanks to their superb customer service. Highly recommend!

I could kick myself for not remembering the wonderful employees names that work at this hotel. I was in room 321 over Thanksgiving week and the front desk was very helpful and all employees had smiles on their faces as well.They seem to really enjoy their jobs. The gentleman that was always on the third floor cleaning rooms was incredible. I believe his name is Charles. What a kind man he is. The hotel is clean and I would definitely come back if I am In the area again. My daughter and I would personally like to thank all of the wonderful people at this hotel for making our stay exceptional.

I stayed at Brighton Michigan Marriott next to outback steakhouse and the room was excellent but Juliette asst GM was even better. She was friendly and it seemed like she was doing everything from checking in guest answering phones to helping guest at the bistro and doing laundry. I chatted w her and she has only been there for short time but she is a excellent worker and the Marriott Brighton should be very fortunate to have here

Well located near the highway but no noise, some woods around and dead end access makes it quiet. Staff were very nice and professional. Room cleaning and maintenance response was always quick. Good to have a washing machine on site, we liked also the bar.

The Gym ... not really a gym but you can always go out for a run. And also no room service and that's a shame; but there is no restaurant with the hotel, too so this explains that.

The location was great! The room was big and fit our needs perfectly.

My rating on staff is not due to the staff, which was excellent. Mi low was for the service. There was no free coffee no big coffee when we came down there was no hot breakfast and even if there was we had to pay for everything at some thing I’m not used to nor do I want if I stay someplace that has breakfast I expect free breakfast.

Next to Cracker Barrel. Front desk was friendly. I liked the check out time being noon!

Wish it had a hot tub. Breakfast was not free.
