No drinking water in room from tap (very unusual for Japan), room was not clean, hotel had musty smell in hallways, disappointing. (staff were excellent, good location, and price OK)

"Un bon hôtel qui vaut surtout pour son onsen public et son emplacement"

Indubitablement les onsen publics femme et homme de qualité. L’emplacement parfait près du château et des artères commerçantes piétonnes.

La chambre style japonais vieillissante et l’absence de rideaux occultants la lumière.

Wyśmienite miejsce. Bardzo duże pokoje, lokalizacja super. Blisko zamku i centrum. Obsługa na tip top! Pani z recepcji się postarała i wydrukowała nam zasady panujące w ich onsenie.

Breakfast was great, location was great.

I could not use the onsen because I am tattooed however they did make me aware ahead of time as I emailed before I arrived. Not a problem, facilities in the room were great.
