Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

The property was clean and offered some nice facilities. However, its location next to a homeless shelter was concerning, as people were peeping into cars at night. Room service was not done properly, even after multiple requests. Additionally, staff member Blessyn Doyle was very rude, provided incorrect information, and treated guests unequally. When we escalated these issues to the manager, Robert, no action was taken. On a positive note, I would like to mention that a male staff member (whose name I did not get) was very helpful in fixing an issue, even when requested late in the evening.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, limited coffee hours (available after 8 am) and varied staff help- check in nice, check out hard to find staff, who seemed annoyed w us. The location is stressful. The hotel is on an L shaped dead end. You have to drive slowly down a street that has people standing in it - sometimes a few, sometimes >20, narrowing the road and some acting erratically; in front of a homeless shelter next door. People walk in and out of the neighboring highway underpass where there is a small encampment. My kid has now seen a person not wearing pants and people using IV drugs. The end of the street is industry. Sometimes there was parking lot security, sometimes none seen. Each trip to/from was sad and stressful.

Beds were comfy, felt safe onsite with security, it was close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Very helpful staff.

Menu: not good, way to expensive for what was offered. Too many homeless to go out late.

Decent place to stay a few nights; clean room, a bit better value because 20 minutes away from most downtown places to visit and a weird location but overall ok.

Besides not having my suite ready until after 5pm, the hotel area is unsafe. It is surrounded by homeless zombies that wander the neighborhood streets. The ‘restaurant’ is extremely limited. Find another hotel. Do not stay here.

I didn’t end up checking in or staying. The location is in a rough neighborhood and there appeared to be multiple points of entry into the hotel rooms, which didn’t give me a sense of security

It was a good experience overall.
