Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff very accommadating. Homeless shelter next door was unsafe so couldn't go off site without vehicle. Pool way too chemicals, didn't even swim, eyes burned in area

The property was good , well maintained

The location, been just across the street from a homeless shelter takes all the good points on this place.

The only issue is the property has a homeless shelter less than a mile from the property. This makes it really uncomfortable area

Horrible experience! I was appalled by the poor conditions of the room. A homeless camp was just a few yards away from the hotel.

Camera spaziosa

L'albergo si trova in una posizione della città molto degradata. Avevo prenotato una camera per 4 persone e quando siamo arrivati c'era solo un letto preparato e asciugamani per 3 persone. Ho dovuto chiedere più volte gli asciugamani per la quarta persona. Quando li hanno sostituiti, ne hanno di nuovo portati solo per 3 persone. Avevo prenotato la camera con colazione, ma era scarsa, con poche cose nel menù di cui molte mancanti. Assolutamente sconsigliato

False advertisement on your hotels website!! Your hotel is still showing the hot tub. It says the site was updated a week ago why is there still old pictures? Of course your marketing updated the new pictures for the gym but still failed to remove pictures of the hot tub. Also in the description of your hotel it still specifies a whirlpool. The ONLY reason I booked at Marriot was for the hot tub and was more than disappointed of the circumstance. Do better please.

I love staying at Mariotts, but this hotel is in a very shady area, there is a homeless encampment right next to the hotel. The room smelled musty, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, there were stains on the carpet and couch. The bed seemed clean, but you could hear noises all night long which didn't allow for a good night's sleep. The security did walk me to my car since I had to leave around 3 am for a flight, but unless there is no other choice, I would not recommend staying here.

I was scared to stay there. The hotel is surrounded by zombie homeless addicts. I think there's a make shift methadone clinic in the abandoned hotel next door. The parking lot is open to the homeless with one security guard patrolling. Was scared for my vehicle and property. I did not feel like I could use the facilities (gym & pool) because they may not be clean or may run into a homeless person. The hotel could have at the very least offered a Continental breakfast but they did NOT in stead I had to pay $10 for 12 oz coke and cheese crackers. I did not feel secure in this hotel therefore I had a lot of restless nights and hotels.com indicated no refunds. This hotel is definitely not worth the risk and cost.
