Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park

The homeless shelter right next to the hotel was a bit concerning, but that isn’t the fault of the hotel. The room didn’t have a microwave and the fridge was tiny and barely kept things cold. No free coffee also… The workout room and laundry room were good tho…

We had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Central Park. As soon as we arrived, our family hit the indoor pool—and we had it all to ourselves, which was a nice surprise! The hotel and our room were clean and in great condition. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Hated that there is a homeless shelter right next door. Can’t believe I had to pay to park in the parking lot that I paid to stay at. Nice to know before I get the email charging my card. Won’t be staying there again.

Everything was great in the hotel mostly, room wasn't in the best condition... sheets one bed had some stains and a random sock was found in the corner of the room. I was most taken back that there was a bunch of drug addicts nearby, literally in the building beside the hotel was a hotel full of durggies or drug addicts just hanging out on the street.

A lot of homeless people around but take measures to make sure none get on property.

The rooms itself was nice. Pretty big and very clean. However, the area around the hotel waa terrible. Homeless and addicts down the street, that you had to drive byto get to hotel. We asked for housekeeping a few times aa we stayed almost a week, no one showed up. I know they were super short staffed, which is understandable. It's a nice place, but just wish another review spoke of the scariness around the corner.

A lot of hair in swimming pool Beds were very comfortable

I stay here whenever I’m in town for weeks at a time and they never disappoint. I know there are a lot of concerns about the homeless shelter next door but the building is secure and security does a really good job keeping them off property. Housekeeping staff are also great, rooms are always super clean and well kept. My favorite part about the hotel is the amazing team at the front desk. Robert the manager, Blessyn, and Gas are always eager to assist with a friendly smile. They are all super attentive and helpful, and make you feel welcomed. The bar/bistro, outside Courtyard area, fitness center, and pool are all really great amenities that come in handy. Overall, I truly love this property and believe they don’t get enough credit.
