Only 1 trash can in room (with no lining) , no trash can in bathroom, internet not working, shortage of towels. Stains on carpet and sofa, no working ice machines. Bar and restaurant closed , stains on bed linen

"Outdated"

Avoid! The facilities are in outdated and in bad condition. Poor signage upfront gives you the first hint that property isn’t maintained well. First floor carpets are old and full of stains. Breakfast bistro is closed (Nov 2024) until further notice. Doors still use contact card readers, which worked fine but indicates how stuff is outdated at this property. Everything about the room feels old. Bed was fine: clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

"Bad customer service"

Arrived at hotel Monday night only to find out no hot water. Could have been understandable situation but right away front desk became very defensive and started to say they had been calling me. I said I was on a trip over the weekend (different timezone - California) . I worked all day Monday then flew to Huntsville. I did not see a call. Again front desk acting lack it was my fault. I asked irregardless of them calling me what was the plan? They could not help me find another hotel as this is not their fault. They would only let me cancel without a charge. I mentioned my lifetime platinum status as well as my current titanium status and desk said did not matter as not their fault. I took down the operator info and of course took them up on canceling my reservation. After finding a hotel I did check my phone and I had one missed call on Sunday no message. I kept looking and found a message to call them the previous Thursday (4pm) but no mention of an issue with hot water.

"Cold Showers for a Week "

Spent an entire week taking cold showers. Was told everyday for seven, straight days, “should be fixed tomorrow or the next day”. Staff was spotty answering the phones. Our company will not be staying here again.
