Hotel Preston by IHG

Short staff and yet have i received my $50 deposit and it’s been a whole week

Nothing

I called the hotel to let them know I would be late because of a flight delay and was told it would be fine. When I got there at 3am no one was at the desk. The front doors were open, the office was open, the kitchen was open. The kiosk didn’t work. The phone rang and no one answered. I tried for an hour before leaving. I called IHG and they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel or the sister hotel across the street.

Good location and clean rooms and friendly staff.

Outside security did not work properly and staff had to let us in. The furniture was a little worn but beds were clean and comfortable

I didn’t get a chance to see nothing because they doesn’t let locals stay at their hotels

Nothing it was dirty and nasty didn’t complete my stay

It was dirty and moldy the carpets look they have never been clean there was broken tiles in bathroom broken fire alarms it was terrible

Tv service was excellent lining was very clean

I the carpet smell give me nasty vibes then someone left a towel over the shower curtain mold on the soap holder in the shower

Very nicely decorated, was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice and helpful
