I arrived to this hotel at 3:30 my room was not ready for me to check in until 5pm… The room I was given was not the room that was requested I was given a room without a balcony.. I informed the front desk that I didn’t mind waiting for that particular type of room she informed me that she couldn’t switch me but from my understanding I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH A BALCONY and did not receive it……

I cant say because I never got a chance to experience it

They gave my room away (there was a Beyonce Concert in my city) so when I arrived to check in, there was nothing available at that time. Then when I was finally about to checkin they tried to charge me again even though I had already paid using the booking app.
