We have stayed numerous times over the years, have travelled for 16 years all over Canada with a small dog. On previous stays our room has been great, Clean, up-to date furnishing etc. our stay this time was very disappointing our room although it was clean was very worn torn, the carpet at the entrance door looked like a dog had scratched numerous times it was worn and unravelling. The carpet in the living area had a hole in it and the sofa was badly worn. The wallpaper everywhere was ballooning and starting to come away. As previously stated we have travelled with a pet for 16 years and this was the first time we have ever encountered a Pet Room that basically was disgusting. On a positive note, I should like to say all the staff front desk, housekeeping and maintenance are lovely people. Our room itself was clean however there is only so much housekeeping can do when other issues exist. Also I would like to express a concern, in the evening when I took our dog out numerous times cars would come around back park, stay in the car for a short period of time, they were obviously not staying at the hotel, not sure what was taking place, however I do feel this issue warrants investigation. All in all we were quite disappointed with our stay, it was the first time I could not wait to leave.

We stayed 2 nights. No room service. Poor drainage from wash basin and shower. Noisy machinery even though we turned AC off. We have stayed there a few times over the years but probably we'll try somewhere else next time.

When I tried to take a shower on the Monday afternoon there was no hot water

The room had no air conditioning my daughter did not sleep at all as it was 25 degrees in the room. The room smelt musky and the carpet was lifting. This was room 227. My daughter was disappointed when she wanted to go down the slide in the pool and the lady said the slide was for little kids.. there was no one in the the pool and it was her birthday. They should really let booking customers know this information 🙄. I mentioned all this when we were checking out and the staff said she would contact me after talking to her supervisor. This was on Saturday morning , I waited till Tuesday and still had heard nothing so ,I called and left a voicemail with the manager. And still have not heard back. It is not Thursday. I very excited to stay at the hotel but this is unacceptable with the price you pay for a room. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. They need to lower there prices or fix major problems.

Closest Hotel to Point Peele with indoor play area and pool to keep kids and adults busy.

The airconditioning did not work, was even not plugged so they should have known about it. My visit before this one, there was a lot of mold in my room; every time there is something wrong...
