Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel & Conference Centre

The staff are kind and lovely. Front desk Ruby offered to get my son a ball or whatever we needed when we were waiting for our room. We brought him to the funzone. As our room was not quite ready another desk agent gave us a different one to spend for the night. Also very nice. Unfortunately the tiles are falling. The tub has spots shattered and repaired, the carpets stained . Blinds on sliding door ripped off at end and hanging... We were disappointed to find out watersides weren't open and the restaurant was closed. We ended up ubering dinner as no options for my kiddo. Pool is nice but foam on water/ slippery with algae around fountains.. no pool towels although stated they were there? The staff is lovely. Let me stress this, I just think not enough staff for the location/state of this building. They are not magicians. This place has genuine people that care but is falling into a state of disrepair. Atrium view is a view of a wall. Disappointing but my kiddo loved the pool and the staff was kind. 3 star because hopper addressed to management and a partial refund will be issued to us. Unfortunately you don't get what you pay for here. But I appreciate the kindness of the staff who are doing thr best they can, with what they have.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Traveled 1 hrs to stay here. Needed to be close to a wedding venue. Welcomed at the desk by accommodating staff. Very relieved as the booking on the phone was difficult due to a heavy language accent, I hoped and prayed I was booking to suit the needs of myself and granddaughters

We liked the hotel; My 4 years old had so much fun on the pool and waterslide. We just had a little problem with our room; We got a room with two queen beds, one for my husband and I and one for our son; when we moved the bed close to the wall so my son wouldn't fall out during the night, we noticed dirt under the bed, the towels weren't folded either when we arrived, and some pieces of paper right at the entrance to the room. Apart from that incident, everything is great.

Sink draining slowly. Door to room hard to open and close. Tv picture blurry and poor choice of channels. Light bulb out in one of the lights.

We had a problem getting into a gym - doors were not opening and staff was not able to help us.

Bed and room was comfortable. Only complaint was absolutely no furniture on balcony. Saw 1 person sitting on the floor. Pool slides are only for kids.

I like that you are pet friendly. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. Love the fun zone, and the fact that there are tvs in the lobby playing something at all times, makes the environment feel more homey and friendly

the room needs some repair. Cracks up in the corners. Couch is worn, leather is cracked and peeling.

Its an older hotel and is slightly run down. Hardly any of the arcade games were in working condition. The pool was dated and dirty. Hotel room smelt like dirty hockey equipment.

The property was conveniently located for our trip. I enjoyed that it wasn’t on a main strip and sort of off the main road. Everything we needed was there and available.. little restaurant, snacks etc.

It definitely needs a refreshing. Everything seems dark. The rooms. The hallways. Even the lobby seems darkened even when it’s beautiful outside.
