Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel & Conference Centre

The area the hotel is in has zero cell service. They say they have wifi but it doesn’t stay connected. When I asked the desk about it I was told it was probably not working because there was “a lot of people” there. I feel that the wifi should be able to accommodate a fully booked hotel. Other than that this hotel is very much average in rating. I could not find what the “plus” was here

Our room had a mouldy smell and it was dusty under the bed. We had not enough towels for the number of people but after we asked the stuff, they placed the towels in front of our door which they should not do either. On our first day we grabbed some coffee and noticed that the water in the machines was cold. Lucky to us the bar lady was kind to give us hot water.

The property was great for our family, lots for the kids to do.

My room smelled like musky, had no hot water in the morning for my shower. Spoke to the desk manager when I checked out. He knew of the smell and the water heater failed during the night.

Location is good close to pelee point.

The room is too smelly and I requested change a room, if they don’t change for me I will give 0. Shower water is too hot, be very careful! There is no washroom in swimming pool and the water in the pool is so dirty. Not enough towels as well. They only provide tiny bottle of shampoo and it doesn’t produce any bubbles. Air condition is loud. no breakfast included. Overall not great experience.

Nice place for family fun. Did not like the fact that my granddaughter was not allowed to use the slides at the pool as she was too tall. She was very upset about this. Lots of other children’s amenities.

For the price, it was not up to standard.

Pool area is old. Hotel doesn’t turn water slides on until 2pm so half of your stay you can’t use them which wasn’t disclosed
