Best Western Plus Leamington Hotel & Conference Centre

Breakfast was ok. Service was excellent. Potatoes were inedible so salty.

The room is covered in visible mold on the walls all around the vents. I spent one hour wiping everything down with wipes. The sink in the bathroom not even just under the rim was visibly soiled with same black/brown mold. The room was damp when we arrived. We believed the room was assigned because we had a dog. The doors were not locked at night around 3 am someone came in the back door was near our room door the dog lost it. They locked the doors the following night.

Overall, it is a great hotel for a family stay.

Great family-friendly layout, but definitely in need of some repairs and updating. There was mold on the ceiling in our original room, and front desk staff was quick to accommodate a room change. Next room was better, but still was a bit worn down. Pool was a bit murky, and we were not aware of the 4 foot height limit to use the water slides until after booking. Staff were lovely. The building just needs some work.

Odd layout for a hotel. My room had no outside facing windows. Not every area of this hotel has elevator access. But it was clean and fine for a few nights.

This is a nice facility that could use a few updates. The staff was very nice and the location was convenient.

Beautiful hotel closest to the national park. Convenient drive to downtown for food and shopping. Lots of parking. Nice swimming pool and games room. Pet friendly. Patio is not really a usable patio. Can't sit on the patio. Drive up to the room is convenient for unloading but difficult getting in and out through the patio door when car is parked right in front. Balcony may be better for some. Has a small restaurant.

The hotel is easy to find and the closest to the national park so it was great to visit daily and close drive to downtown and waterfront. Dining available. Lots of parking available. Games room is great. Nice pool but gets very loud with kids using the slide on weekends or when doing construction. Pet friendly. Only complaint was "patio" consisted of 2 patio stones and a tree on each side to the curb parking in front of room.Wouldn't consider it a patio as couldn't sit there with chairs because the car is right in front. Non patio room guests parked in front of ours so was annoyed we had to squeeze around their car. Will pick a balcony another time with more room. Will only clean room only as requested at check in.
