Nisswa Hotel and Suites

This hotel is nothing like the website shows everything was broke down and didn't work there was no breakfast the building isn't even the same color I wasn't sure if I was at the right hotel I would like a refund

Chose this hotel for the location and the continental breakfast option. Got there and noticed hotel is under new management and no continental breakfast. I did not notice how dirty the tub and shower was until I needed to use it. Was hair all over the tub. I just chose to leave before the 2 nd night.

Room smelled. Toilet had to be flushed special. Shower was cold.

The hotel is very run down and in need of repair. Key cards only worked sporadically, bathroom fan broke, no drain stopper, door to bathroom sticks. Bed was ok and AC worked. Hope the new owners renovate!

The contenntial breakfast consisted of doughnut holes, and clementines. Not what is advertised online or in their binder in each room.

There was no working ice machine on the property. The pool and spa were closed and the continental breakfast was canceled. Basically every amenity the website advertised was false. Terrible odor in all the rooms.

Room was dirty. Hair in the tub, and sheets seemed like they smelled or had been washed with no soap. Front staff were rude and not helpful. Won’t stay here again.

Room did smell a lil bit but otherwise bed was comfy

Friendly staff

The place was great a little pricey and we were told the pool and hot tub was working and when we got there it was not. A little disappointed about that as it was one of the reasons for our booking. Overall was a good stay. It did the job.
