being it was between owners new owners did a great job to make it all happen thank you

We went to check in at 4pm and our room wasn't ready. So we had to wait. They were dog friendly which was great. Expedia doesn't do much with communicating this need, which needs work, but glad they allowed us to have our best friend with us. The bathtub was clogged and filthy. After I cleaned it, it finally drained. Overall it's a good place, but does need some deep cleaning.

Place is absolutely trashed and beds are broken. I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back.

Property has been taken over/bought by new management. Just that day. I have great feelings about this and feel it is going to improve this hotel.

The swimming pool and hot tub were nice!

The room smelled musty, the paint was peeling, the hot water didn’t get hot, the stair into the pool was broken, they only had one person on staff, who was not always there, the sauna didn’t work, they advertised a continental breakfast, which didn’t exist, and the hairdryer didn’t work. It was an expensive mistake.

The staff at the front desk was slow, unprofessional and not prepared for us upon arrival. The room had a terrible, musty smell and the carpets were damp.

Great property. Everything worked as for the amenities. Will stay again
