Nisswa Hotel and Suites

The check out was so utterly terrible I would sleep in the back of my pickup before ever staying at this place and I say place because the way I was treated by the check out person (when he finally showed up), would not be acceptable at ANY establishment that actually wants your business.

Front desk was not helping and not very professional!! Rooms not very clean. Keys did not work very well. Continental breakfast was advertised not available. Hot tub did not work and the vending machine! Never again will I stay there

My room door didn't shut tight. I had to pull the door shut with all my might on my way out to get the lock mechanism to activate. It felt kinda sketchy.

I arrived at the hotel and asked to check in around 2:30. I than said we have a couple of dogs. She asked me if I had let them know and I said I message through hotels.com. Her response was we do not always get these messages. However, someone from your hotel responded with the $35 fee to my email. So that was a lie. Than she said to come back at 4. We did. I went to give her the credit card I wanted charged and she said they had already charged in in the AM. Which was another lie because the dog charge was on there and we didn't tell her about them until around 2:00. She refused to let me change the card. She was rude as well. We got to our room and the total had pee on it. As well as it wouldn't flush all night. I could have even been okay with these issues because it was one night But the customer service was absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this hotel.

Dirty room, no fridge, hair on my pillow sticky desk, beetle under the phone, smelly not vacuumed, snot on the wall above the desk and a dusty coffee maker.

This was a very dirty room. The hot tub did not work. We had to pay more for our kids. We made the best of it but overall it was bad stay.

The information on the website and the brochure in the room needs to be updated. It indicated a continental breakfast was available but it is not. Rooms need some updating.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Don’t waste your money one this place. The beds were not clean, the hot-tub was not working, apparently it never does. They do not have breakfast. The rooms look nothing like the pictures.

The bathroom shower head seamed to b we plugged and drain was very slow. 218
