Nisswa Hotel and Suites

The mattress is really need to be replaced at this hotel. I have stayed many times and no matter what room I'm in. The mattresses are just not comfortable at all.

I love this quiet little hotel. I've never had a problem and I've stayed there several times. The only issue I have is I really wish they'd start replacing the mattresses around there. There was some random old furniture sitting out near one of the exits. It's been there for a while. It looks kind of junky

unimpressive service

It was pretty quiet, they r updating a few things, could of been a little cleaner.

This property was poorly maintained, the room did have nice air conditioning, but that’s where the good ends. We had banked on the breakfast and no food is available. They started they have not done that for over a year. They do not have a computer system, and when asked what they do with the liscense number as well as the credit card number she stated they burn them eventually. Seems problematic. There was overflowing trash. The bed was a metal rack from Amazon, and the toilet was not connected to the floor. Oh almost tipped over as it was uneven. I feel bad that the employee is working for 4 days straight seems like unfair labor practice as well.

Property needs updating

Did late check in. Everything was fine at check in. Went to park and unpack....got inside the back door and there was 2 cockroches, on trying to fly around and another on the ground on its back trying to move. Also by the stairs there qas a bunch of animal droppings.Turned around handed the keys in and left.

Poor service. Pool and hot tub not working

Quite, but had trouble with keys
