turned on the hot tub in the room the water came out black. the curtins were rotting. the hot by the pool was not open. the knob on the pool exit was broken off. no waffle machine

We specifically chose this site because of whirlpool and swimming pool, and they were not functional. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was outdated (water was able to get outside the shower/inside wall so likely mold). Bathroom was also dirty, and hair dryer did not work. And we actually laughed at what was considered breakfast. TV was small. The staff did give me a very soft blanket when I asked, which is about the only good thing I can say.

"TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT "

We got there started checking in. Then after we were done. Gives us the keys. Then tells us that the pool was off limits until summer. Because it causes to much moisture and is damaging the building. We were totally shocked. I said well your site said open. If it was closed then you should put that on the site. That's why we booked. She did not sound surprised at all. So I think this happened to a lot of others.So trying to give it the benefit of the doubt.We went to check out the room. It had a weird smell, it was old, and the fire alarms were going off in the room. The walls had dents in them. No TV in the bedroom. Closet was dirty. We were not going to stay. We went down told her we were not staying. Can we get some of our money back? We told her what was wrong. And that she should of said the pool was not working. But of course no refund. It was to late. Total scam this place is. If your browsing I suggest you don't even consider this place. Horrible.

It was disappointing that the pool and hot tub were not working, and haven't worked for along time. It would have been nice to know that before booking.

Very quiet and not busy. Outdated but functional. Extremely limited breakfast items and pool was out of service.
