Nisswa Hotel and Suites

Terrible value for high price. Room not ready on arrival, said too busy to call when ready. Uncomfortable old mattress, trickle in shower. Very dated.

The front desk was dusty, lobby bathroom gross, the sink didnt work to wash my hands. The manager was rude, i checked in at 1pm and was told i would need to wait until 6pm to get into my room. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to give my managements contact information and said it was Expedias issue. Another person staying there came out and chexked with the cleaning staff to see if my room was done and it had been for a while. Manager was so rude, several guests told me how awful their experience was. I will NEVER return and I am going to write about this on my nlg and litterly tell everyone. We waited 5 hours to check in 2 past the check in time. HORRIBLE

Not many people were there, our experience was good, very clean and very comfortable beds. Online said there was continental Breakfast, there was no breakfast but they did have coffee in the lobby!

Filthy n staff.

Our room was not ready at 4.30 check in time. We didn't get into our room until 7.30 not offered discount or anything.

Price was good. The property isn’t great but you get what you pay for. All wanted was AC and ESPN. Bed was good. AC worked perfect. For 90 bucks it was a steal in my opinion.

Over 6 hrs wait for clean room. Bug found in bed. Bedding not fresh linen. Business should not be operating & know it because no manager available to be accountable.We are still try to get response & refund. Business hangs up! I have notified BBB Nisswa Commerce & Mayor’s office

It appeared to be a property in transition. There were paint spots all over doors, decking, etc. Under staffed as they were still cleaning rooms at 8 PM as people were trying to check in. It was the most reasonable priced property in the area

Room was very small and dated. There was nowhere to put my suitcase other than the floor. No surface space in the bathroom to lay out toiletries. Poor water flow. Bed was ok. Wall AC unit made high-pitched noises at times. Hot tub was out of commission and unusable. Receptionist was nice.
