Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita

This hotel is in need of an update. Everything is old and no modern amenities like USB plug-ins. The breakfast is also very poor with your only options of a dry cereal, a waffle maker, and reheated, frozen egg and cheese omelet. I can say it was clean.

Called to make a reservation while driving cross country and was told to go to the website. I explained that I was driving and asked if he could please take the reservation by phone, at which point he hung up on me. I called back but presumably seeing my number he picked up and immediately hung up. Once I got there, I regretted it as the place is a dump. It appeared as if someone had been murdered in the bathtub.

The bed was clean, however, when you moved from the edge of the bed towards the center, you rolled downhill. The mattress was sunk in the middle. There were cobwebs on the walls by the curtains and around things hanging on the wall. It was noisy, however, that is attributed to being next to the turnpike and the airport. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast prepared looked good and that area was very clean.

The outside was rough, and check in area smells. But my room was amazing. Very comfortable nights sleep.

We enjoyed this Days Inn because it was clean and every-thing worked! (That's novel in this day and age!) Our particular room did not have a hair dryer, though. But it was so nice in every other way. The highway traffic bothered me some, but my wife slept like a log once fans were on!

It was fine

Room was acceptable but breakfast was not. The only thing actually stocked in the dining area was a little bit of eggs some bread apples the waffle machine and cereal. Juice dispenser has been unoperable for a long time and what appeared to be a gravy dispenser was gross

It was a comfortable very clean staff almost knew what we wanted and was on top of it

We don't have any complaints

No late check out, mediocre breakfast, etc..

This hotel was old, dingy and in need of repair and/or updating. Our room was in serious need of repair. We had mold in and around the tub, the toilet wasn't secure to the floor, there was no interior security latch, broken furniture, horrible breakfast, no daily cleaning service, they didn't replace/restock towels or other amenities.
