Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita

First the good. Decent neighborhood (my biggest fear), nice room, girl at the front was nice. The bad: Address listed at priceline was wrong and i had to pull over and make 3 calls to find it. Priceline said they had a hot tub and they don't. I had to go up to the 2nd floor room four times before the key worked (she tried it and finally just gave me a different room). Wifi was awful in my room so I had to sit by the office to use it. Toilet wasn't flushing (not that they'd know until I told them). Really the biggest annoyances that were on them was advertising a hot tub and the wifi not working but it was just a comedy of errors and wasn't a great experience.

We just needed a 1 night stay and it was perfect! Quiet, clean, all lights worked, tub and shower had hot water, desk was nice, tv worked. So many things that you can't necessarily count on these days were working here at a very fair price and nice breakfast!!

Check out is 11, check in is 3, arrived at 630pm and had to wait for our room.

No hot tub or pool,which was reason to book.

Quiet and clean

Keys were broken had to be let in. Smelled good but breakfast was gross and coffee tasted lije straight grounds. Took deposit then put me in a different room than on my paperwork, with a broken heater. Waiting for deposit return now.

The price wasn't bad

Didn't end up staying.. had to have front desk unlock door anytime we left and came back and there was also an overdose that took place and the person died.. lots of drug activity

Pulling up to the property, we were taken aback by the lack of cars there compared to the other area proporties, along with the lackluster condition of the hotel. Among coming in, the lobby was clean and comfortable, but no water or coffee and the vending machines were all but empty! We were greeted by a nice lady, but in what appeared to be her pajamas. The phone was ringing off the hook but she couldn't hear the person on the other end. So it was a constant "hello, can you hear me" in between trying to talk to me. She informed us that the key locks on the doors did not work and anytime we needed to get into our rooms, we needed to find a front desk worker to open our doors-uh, what?!?! Never heard of that! She said it would be fixed tomorrow (BS!) The TV sound didn't work in the room and the attendent had to come fix it and told us how to rewire it to work, which we didn't want to know because we thought it should just work! The faucet was really loose and just gushed water. On Saturday, we were 1 of 2 vehicles in the parking lot staying there! I now know why. We won't be staying there again and I recommend no one else does to. This place needs a lot of work and without income, I'm not seeing this place getting any better.

Check in lady was very rude. You dont get an actual room key. She let us in our room. Room wasn't very clean. Definitely not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

Was charged an additional $80 at check in without my knowledge and after I called they said it was for incidentals and such. I can understand that but $78.64? That’s an odd amount. And the amount should have been disclosed because I had absolutely no knowledge until hours later. I called the office to ask and the clerk hung up one me, not once but twice. Upon checking out, they wouldn’t give me a receipt and said it would be emailed to me. Nothing yet shocker…. I was very disappointed and will never be back.
