Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita

I've stayed in hotel's before that for the price we paid are nice. This hotel needs work. We arrived at 10:40 PM and waiting for over 15 minutes just to find someone who works there to check us in, after ringing the bell numerous times and calling the phone. While the hotel is dimly lit outside and definitely outdated, that was the least of it. The lady checking us in didn't come across friendly or apologize that we had been waiting. Once in our room, there was no lock bar on the door, it had been removed. Some of the outlets were not working, and the bathroom walls and ceiling had some water damage to it and a hole in the wall near the toilet. There was also a light bulb missing from one lamp and a shade falling off the other. The room appeared clean and so did the beds, but the beds were firm. There is also another door in the room that leads to the outside of the hotel, however it didn't appear to fully seal around as you could see some light coming through. While we just needed a place to sleep for the night on our road trip, I wouldn't stay here again.

While the staff was nice, the property is very rundown. Almost everything in our room was broken. The lock on the door did not work. The lamp did not work. There was one bar of soap and two small towels for two adults. It is very rundown and needs a lot of work. I would not ever stay here again.

The room was comfortable and accommodating to my needs. When I went to eat breakfast I made a waffle but they were out of syrup. Other than that the stay was good. I would stay again.

The room was. Little ran down. Burn holes all over in the bed spread, lamps non working, curtains broke. Breakfast was cereal or waffles. Very little to go choices.

The place was run down and dirty. I got a refund and had to go find another motel.

Convenient to the Interstate and reasonably priced. Exterior of building in disrepair.

Room was not clean it was so dusty and stuffy I had to leave after 4 hours of being there the staff was very rude I will never stay there or recommend them to anyone absolutely horrible experience

This property was a total disaster. Check in was ok, room keys did not work. Toilet ran constantly, AC did not work, dresser drawers rolled open and stayed that way. TV did not work, bed was hard as concrete. Front desk never answered the phone, had to go to the desk and wait for 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. They moved us from a king to 2 queens. Room was better until the smoke alarm went off, ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Told the staff and they said we should have left. Poor customer service and facility is not maintained at all!!
