Royal Inn

Was given a dirty room upon arrival. Used condoms behind the bed. Really tough neighborhood and scary place to stay. I checked out a day early and need a refund for my night

The room had roaches everywhere i was in my car most of the time they was everywhere i was not happy at all all the money i spent im pissed off

Only down side of this hotel no ice maker

Place is in serious need of updating. Felt unsafe.

The property was not very clean and many things in the room were damaged (lamp/bureau/etc). They placed me in an exterior room across the parking lot from a budget hotel which made me feel quite unsafe. I didn’t sleep well because I could hear someone knocking on doors throughout the night. Ultimately, I was so uncomfortable that I chose to forgo the free breakfast and left at 4am instead.

This hotel was not safe,clean or as advertised. Wyndham should not associate with this war zone. I pulled up to an abondoned hotel next door and there were homeless folks wandering into the Days Inn and cars with broken out windows on the Parking lot with signs of Park at own risk.We checked in the door wouldn't open got another room and realized this hotel was not safe enough to stay in. We told the person at the desk we wished not to stay there and he said he could not refund us because we used you as the third party. I feel you should support my refund because this hotel was not fit to stay in. Please respond with your answer

the hotel is behind 2 other business'. we arrived during rush hour so it was hard to turn when we were supposed to. After traveling, the first thing we wanted was to use the restroom which was right there when you enter the door. Women's room had 3 stalls, one out of order, the other 2 had broken locks. Stall in the men's room, wouldn't flush. The whole hotel looks run down from the outside. Room definitely needs remodeling. The bathroom was clean, just old. The nicest thing surprisingly was the bed.Checking in and out was fine, the staff was friendly. I had read the reviews but we were there for one night and the price was budget friendly.

We arrived a couple hours early .Did a 12 hour drive .Our room was ready very nicely remodeled room 2 big plushy beds with lots of pillows room was clean and fresh . Check in was quick and easy . Quiet place no late night noise..

A uniquely end phenomenally consistent horrific experience for any family. Thankfully, having served inoperstion desert storm prepared me for this desolate, dystopian version of what a hotel stay can be. My error; motels are not the same as hotels. Growing up in the south in the ‘70’s, I should’ve known better. And TripAdvisor to Priceline are all complicit in this promotion of a nondescript, desolate, poorly staffed hostel. If you are an atheist, this hovel will make you a believer that there must be a God, because this is certainly a hell of a place to stay. Barred doors, constantly failing electronic keys, and a surly staff…this is a locale that only Persephone and Hades could truly appreciate. Other than that and the obligatory foot fungus…it was nice.
