Royal Inn

My room was filthy, had a slow sink drain and hair in the shower drain, mysterious stains on the doors. It reeked of cigarette smoke, every article of furniture was stained, and the bedspread was full of cigarette burns. The sheets looked clean but I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed. Don’t stay here. I won’t be back.

Run don't walk! Unsafe area. Homeless men around a fire 20 feet from entrance. Cigarette burns all over bedding. Dead bugs on comforter. Mold on ceiling. Smoke detector with no cover, wires hanging, no battery! Rude desk employee refusing a refund five minutes after we checked in. Will be disputing this charge with Expedia. Have pics but no way to upload.

Great stay but a little costly for the room

Worst ever. Horrible conditions and even worse staff.

NOTHING like the photos shown. Extremely disappointed. Was not expecting the best but this was downright awful. Ended up booking a room elsewhere.

Our room smelled so bad!! The room was also dirty.

The room was dirty. The heat did not work well. There was a not so pleasant smell coming from the outside area. The outside light by my door was strobing.

Difficult to find the facility ( located behind gas station and another hotel), needs renovations, adjoining room door did not fully close- had to jam a chair up against the door knob, the room smelled terrible. Only regular electric outlets- no usb ports for charging. On a positive note, AC worked great, bathroom sink looked new and was very clean. Would not stay here again unless I was desperate.
