Royal Inn

The room had an stale cigarette smell even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The blanket on the bed had cigarette burns in it. There was trash in the trash can when we checked in. The bathroom floor was soaking wet. Over all not a pleasant experience. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

This is the worst hotel I have ever used. I booked a night for my daughter & grandkids. They were in town for a concert & the pictures she sent were atrocious. The room was moldy. The door didn’t seal, there were stains & dead bugs on the bedding, & the carpet was moldy. When I notified the front desk, they refused a refund & had no other rooms to offer. Do not stay here.

This motel is absolutely not the one pictured. All the signs on the property are torn down. The locks do not lock. Bedbugs and roaches in the rooms. Stained sheets. Cigarette butts and burn holes on the “comforter.” Used needles and prostitutes outside the main lobby. The pool water is BLACK. The entire structure is falling in

It was fine. Next door kept going in and out of room 😞, however I was alone so maybe in my head bad thoughts. Brother came for a while, then I felt okay. I feel 😊, being close to office, and like the cameras. I will stay again

My bed was comfortable, my room was nice.

After checking in, I received knock on door, saying I didn't pay. I then go back to front desk, pay again. The next day, I ask for towels, housekeeper looks at me like I'm not staying there for two days 😔. I then call front desk about double charge. They assure me I will receive my money. I never received towels or refund. When I checkoutat front desk, I let them know I have not received money back. I am still waiting

Disgusting hotel! Burn holes in the blankets. Mold all over the door frame. Stains all on the sheets. Dirty toilet paper left in the toilet. Absolutely useless staff. Called the desk to voice my concerns last night. She said they had no bedding that they could switch out for the stained, burn holes bedding. There were MAYBE 4 cars in the parking lot and I walked past a plethora of empty rooms. Said I could downgrade to a full bed (from a king) but would not refund me the cost difference. Said if I wanted a refund then I would have to go somewhere else. Whoever runs this place should be thoroughly ashamed of how awful it is. The staff should also be ashamed in showing absolutely zero ownership or pride in their (minimal) work. For the love of all that is holy, look elsewhere to stay.
