You can’t expect great quality when you’re choosing a budget spot. We had to find a spot for a few days when the car was in the shop. Would not recommend coming here though. Just dirty and neglected. With improvements, this place could be really cool.

The card reader to enter the room was busted, there were large burn markings/stains in the carpet, the room had an unpleasant odor, both the sink and shower water was brown. The price of the room was not worth it, the price is based off its close proximity to UF. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was really nice. I do not recommend.

I don't recommend this place to stay.

It very nice to stay I enjoy myself there I will be back soon and also very clean room I like it also very quiet there too I would recommend coming back too stay do to I have family there !!!!!!!!!!!!

Roaches. The room was full of roaches, not cockroaches, but some type of roach most definitely. On the floors, on the walls, in the shower, in the alarm clock and in the phone. We're not talking one or two, but more like 18-22 or more. Floors were dirty. Room was on the inner courtyard and there were people driving back and fourth directly in front of the door and window on loud scooters at all hours of the night.

Tbis hotel needs a total renovation. Pay more and stay elsewhere. Rooms were so old and worn, dirty in places.

I always stay at this hotel during FEST, it's close enough to the festivities without being too close. Nice and quiet
