Days Inn by Wyndham Gainesville University

Ok and cost effective for room price and hope they can do some renovations to Building . overall happy with stay . location is good close to restaurants to University and shopping and eateries . walking distance

It had a smell, and the shower dint drain

Absolute Dump. Dirty, ripped beading. Broken bathroom door handles, holes in the bathtub, rusty light fixtures. Metal base bed? Really not a place you should stay at when there is newer, cleaner places to stay.

Room stinks. Seems that at one time cigarette smoking was allowed in my room. The room reeks of human sweat and tobacco. Beds in my room were uncomfortable. Noisy on the outside way into the am. Children running back and forth. Only positive I found was that Days Inn is close to Gainesville Airport.

Roach infested, dirty room! Do no recommend this property!

My fiancé and I stayed at the hotel for only 3 hours. The room dirty and infested with roaches.

My fiancée and I stayed in here for 3 hours last night, sketchy as soon as you pull up. The rooms did NOT look like the pictures, looks very rundown, stains everywhere, cockroaches, drug meet up hotel

Didn’t stay there , after arriving we had a bad feeling about the hotel No cars , customers, looks aged , when checking in , lobby was empty no customers around, sign on the wall pool was closed, asked why , there working on it No mention on website, we’re looking forward to some pool time ☹️ got the keys to the room , had to climb stairs to second floor, not happy about that. Got to the room key’s didn’t work. Went back to desk asked for a refund and went to another hotel were they provided a great room and were extremely busy right down the road from this hotel, obviously there is issues here , the person at the counter was nice and didn’t even put up a fuss about us leaving which made me feel glad I was leaving, The days we drove by this hotel and parking lot was almost empty of cars , you have to wonder why

Nasty nasty nasty. Beds were clean but bathroom was dirty and floors were filthy. I’m the lobby another guest came in and said he had to throw away his shoes because of bugs in his room. Showed me pic of bugs on the shoes and bag. Just nasty!!!!

This was by far the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at! The walls and paint are falling apart, AC keeps shutting off, stained and cigarette burned sheets, there was a COCKROACH on the side of the bed!! The tub was rust strained, the shower didnt work right (half water came from the rub spout and half from the shower head). And we paid $200 per room (had 2 rooms)! Absolutely disgusting! Oh and it had a pool but it was closed, dont expect to swim either.
