Weird people living at the facility hanging their clothes on the pool, smoking pot outside and playing music loud

Had to change rooms at 10pm because of water dripping from ceiling onto toilet. I hope it was water. Then in switching rooms the clerk turned off my key to old room even though I couldn’t carry everything in one trip. Then the heat/ac didn’t work properly in the new room. Could not change temperature and it was set at 61. Can’t tell me they didn’t know that.

Place was run Down .blankets had burn holes and melts …something all over. Toilet literally came off the floor when you used it. No ac until the turned on the breaker for it. 30 minutes wasted trying to get it on. I would have called the front desk but no phone. should have know from the grocery bags of trash littering the property it wasn’t Wyndham qualify.more suited for an hourly rate that family stay.

First, my reservation could not be found when I called the place to confirm. Second, when we arrived and received a room key, the room was already occupied by other people. Then, we had to wait to get a different room and when we finally got it, the room key did not work.

Very run down motel.. there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom…floor filthy…had to wipe feet before getting into bed…very thin walls…air conditioner did not work well.. only positive was clean sheets and towels…pillows comfy…would not stay again.

We booked late and most hotels in Gainesville were sold out, so this was a last resort. The property is old. Our first room reeked of smoke, so we changed to one that just reeked. We were only staying one night, so we sprayed Fabreeze and held our noses. The toilet leaked a little from the bottom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear other rooms quite plainly, except when the A/C was on (one of those old thru-wall types that make a racket). Couldn't wait to drive away.

Nice place to stay staff very helpful and always patient with me .. very quiet and safe .good location. To everything .laundry people always very clean and give you lots of towels blankets as needed .

First room given was having smoke smell. New room was ok but bedsheets were not changed, need to asked for replacement. Poor hygiene. Will not stay again. Sorry

Excellent customer service and friendly check in person. Expedia should advertise when there is a deposit required so guests aren’t surprised at arrival: especially since after booking is complete, they advise not to call to reconfirm.
