Property Notes

Fern Howe Guest House is a strictly nonsmoking and vaping property, to include all internal and external areas. Anyone found to have been smoking within their rooms will be charged a minimum £150 cleaning charge per room affected, and may be asked to leave. Please advise at time of booking of any dietary requirements. Breakfast is served via two seating times of 7.45am and 8.15am Fern Howe Guest House operates on a self check-in basis. As depicted in the photos, the Single Mountain (Fell) View Room; the Family Mountain (Fell) and Garden View Suite; and the Twin Mountain (Fell) and Garden View Room all have some areas with reduced ceiling height, due to their location on the top floor of the building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes B&B mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück bei netter Gastgeberin. Schöne Ausblicke auf die umgebende Landschaft und private Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück.

Für Raucher nicht so empfehlenswert. Outdoor-Rauchen selbst auf der Straße wurde von Nachbarn kritisiert.

"AMAZING!"

Everything was so so efficient! A super welcoming hotel with incredible views and wonderful staff! Little cards on arrival allowed us to request our breakfast choices for the morning and any extra bits we needed for the following day. It was lovely having a hotel that felt like a home away from home, complementary cake and a games cupboard added to the wonderful stay!
