The Springs Motel

It’s very cute! But clearly hastily remodeled. Don’t expect high-quality finishes or a brand-new feeling. The bones of the run-down old motel it used to be aren’t far from sight (or smell). Overall, it was a fine stay at a hotel that’s maybe over promising on what it actually delivers. Pretty clean and a comfy bed, though!

Clean room, great coffee from a local roaster in the room, cute mid-century modern style. Very nice outdoor firepits, sitting areas, picnic tables, and a beautiful pool. My only advice to make a 5 would be better hot water (ran out quickly during my 9:30a shower), and clean up/revive the appearance of the area outside the office. Curb appeal could be bepoop. Great stop in the Birkshires.

This property is so charming and the staff are so gracious. A perfect blend of retro and updated. Very clean and comfortable! I could sleep I. The bed every night! I highly recommend this lovey little place.

Lovely roadside motel just south of Williamstown. Updated rooms with some retro decor…. Loved the green mini- fridge. Fire pits on lawn with wood and starters. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, not heated.

Love The Springs Motel. Love the retro feel, super clean, perfect location. Great pool and picnic lawn. Keep up the great work. Only suggestion is more solutions in the room to hang towels and clothes.

Went up for a family wedding and reunion. We wound up being a family of 11 and the cabins were perfect. So nicely put together. Kitchens were great, bedrooms were comfy for everyone!! Loved it all. We would definitely come again and rebook the cabins for this family’s summer adventures.

The decor and pool area was nice but the bathroom had mold. The curtain in thr room were also too small for the window which allowed visibility in my room.

Really like the retro decor. Pool is great, lots of lounge chairs and places to hang out. Check in was easy but there was no lobby sign so it was confusing where to go. The drapes and blinds in the rooms aren’t private. The hanging drapes were didn’t cover the sides of the front window. On the back there are bamboo shades which are see through, this is also where there are porches and spots where guests can hang out behind their room. Great idea but there are not privacy screens on the sides and the bamboo is see through at night with the lights on. We were uncomfortable with this. There had also forgotten to take out the garbage from the guest before us as there were used tissues and coffee cups left behind. We still had a good time, and it was very affordable, but maintenance and cleanliness are definitely an issue. Grass and landscaping was also unkept.

Strange check in.. no ID or credit card asked for. No information or instructions offered except “ your room is down that walkway”. The bamboo shades on LARGE back window are useless as they. Don’t offer privacy or room darkening. The “ patio” is also useless as the door to access sticks and the Patio is a small platform facing overgrown brush. The room had lots of spiders and webs including a web containing several dead bugs AND AN EGG SAC CONTAINING 100s of eggs. No one available to checkout. The place has potential.. but owners need to be present and pay more attention to the cleaning.

Love what has been done to preserve this vintage motel. Super cute, lots of nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. Unfortunately lobby, bar, outdoor bar were all closed when we arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. Had to call hotel number to get check in info. This would’ve been problematic if my phone didn’t work since I didn’t get a message or text about check in prior.
