Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool was awesome!

This place was GREAT. The price was awesome, we stayed over night while traveling to MassMOCA. The rooms were comfortable, clean, the amenities outside were a blast. There was a lovely pool, fire pit, grill, bag toss, and plenty of seating to relax outdoors. The fun funky 70s decor is very charming. Also shot out to the staff, the manager Evva was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable about local restaurants which were good, helpful with my reservation, and a delight to talk to. Would both highly recommend and will return.

Spent 2 nights in the honeymoon suite and just fell in love with the property. The retro theme is well done and there are so many thoughtful and cool design details. The outdoor seating and lighting and plants are fabulous. The pool is great - although not heated. The setting is magnificent even though it’s right off of a main road. You are just surrounded by green. Bed very comfy. Room clean. Delicious ground coffee available to brew yourself in your room, and nice selection of teas Toaster, microwave, small fridge. Staff very nice and welcoming. Hope to come back here again!

Room was outstanding. Roomy, well appointed bathroom with full size tub and plenty of hot water. Very comfortable king size bed. Wish the old Springs Restaurant was still open.

The springs motel is adorable. And it is still in the process of being finished in some areas, but the area you stay in will not be affected by that. Staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful, decor is thoughtful and unique. I absolutely love staying at the springs motel and I will certainly be back many times.

We had a reservation but left after 10 minutes. The building and grounds are in a sad state of affairs. Needs lawn mowing, the little trailer was rusting, the lobby and bar was closing as the attendant was leaving for the night. The room was adequite but we chose to leave and not feel abandoned there, with on one other renter. This site needs attention, quickly!

This was a great nights stay in a cute clean room. My friends and I needed a place to stay the night after a concert and the Springs Motel was an amazing solution. Great tv in the room, clean bathroom, good heating and cooling in the room. Along with the amazing fire pits and pool. Definitely would come back just for fun!

The room was very clean and did not smell. That is the best I can say. The room was very overpriced - but hey, it ws the Berkshires in August and we booked too late to stay anywhere in Pittsfield, so we needed this room. Interior layout was a little strange, but we managed. The guy at the desk at check-in was new and couldn't tell us the wi-fi password. He wasn't sure if we' d paid in advance or not, but gave us the key. When we left in the morning (around 9 a.m.), the office was closed, so there was no one to talk to or to return the key to, so we didn't know till a month later when it appeared on our credit card statement if we'd actually paid for the room. Photos on current website make the place look much nicer than it is. I would also advise anyone with a cane or walking difficulty to avoid this place: there is nowhere near the rooms to park. You have to leave your car the the parking lot and walk across uneven and not very well-mowed grass to get to the rooms.

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay in this newly renovated motel. Check out the pictures on the website, it looks totally different now- very cute and hip! The rooms were clean, the decor was lovely, and we had a great time swimming in the pool at night. Highly recommend!

The new management has transformed this motel into a cool new place to stay. The updates include a great pool, landscaping, lots of places to hang out and relax and we’ll done eclectic decor. All of our needs were met. The location is wonderful only a few miles to Williamstown and the incredible Williamstown Theatre Festival , North Adam’s and Mount Greylock. Be sure to check out No. 6 Coffee and Cafe in Lanesborough- it too is wonderful.
