The location was good and staff were generally friendly

The room was dark and gloomy. Lighting was very poor with no light over bathroom sink. One of the worst rooms on our 2000km trip. The breakfast room was disappointing. No fruit or 100% fruit juice. The organisation was rather chaotic particularly when on the second morning there were more guests.

Surprisingly upmarket and luxurious for the price we paid.

The room was very small, not what was advertised, and there was mould in the shower. They market very large rooms with lounges, and when you get there, you are given something completely different. Nowhere in their advert did they mention that their rooms differ in price. One was given a room without an option of choosing what one prefers, as if it were meant and kept for you. I got a feeling that spacious room in the main house was meant for whites.
