House and Heart Guest House

The room, dining room, and surroundings were kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable. The position of the premises was near shops and restaurants. All in all a pleasant stay. Thasnk you and I would stay here again.

The walls are very thin, and we would recommend an air conditioner for summer. Our greeting on Sunday afternoon was not of the standard they set for the rest of the week.

Stains on bath tub. Taps faulty- no hot water. No hairdryer

So the owner called me whilst I was out for dinner saying that she was going to lock me out because I had not went into the room that she had sent me to whereas I had indeed booked the harley Davidson room and she ruined my entire stay because of running around trying to sort things out. I have a lil baby and she said she was going to lock me out of the place and I must take it up with booking.com. Highly disappointing and very bad service, with what seemed like a friendly guesthouse owner... Turned out to be a terror

I just didnt like the owner calling me and telling me that shes locking me out, AND I HAD A BABY AND WAS FAR FROM HOME

The place is very clean, peaceful.and value for money

Rooms without air corn, as it very hot. Sliding door not opening well.

Gostamos de tudo. Os funcionários são excelentes, sem excessão. Café da manhã bem servido e personalizado, se pedido com antecedência. Cozinha completa disponível aos hóspedes. Estacionamento fechado e com segurança. Duas piscinas, que não usamos pois o clima estava frio. Wifi bom.

Não tinhamos ar-condicionado, mas não fez falta.
