"Dangerous chemical levels in jacuzzi"

We were made ill using the jacuzzi and my swimming costume ruined. The manager admitted there had been an issue with chemical levels and offered us another night as recompense. When we requested further details about this (it’s our health after all) he was less than helpful and said that information lay with their legal team. What kind of customer care is that?

The hotel had everything that we needed. Very close to the zoo that we visited during the day, then a swimming pool to have a dip after. The room is big enough for us, and breakfast was really good. Staff are all very friendly and nice.

"Met our expectations"

Met requirements for our trip. Breakfast had a good selection. Had a power outage in our room and the team member working reception got it fixed quickly which was super helpful when you are getting ready to go to a wedding.

"From 5☆ give 2. The rooms should be preperd more nicely"

It was unplesent smel in the room , we complain about lickin water from sill. Always booking.com get the most terribel rooms, whatever we go.
