The staff at reception were helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good. The location was good. The hotel was ok.

Our room was not ready on arrival at 3pm.and had to wait 35 mins at reception. 3 times staff had to check with cleaners. The following day we was out early until 6pm,when we returned our room was not cleaned dirty towels left in bathroom. And only the bins had been emptied. The staff at reception did give us clean towels, but again we had to ask.?

The staff , the food options for breakfast, the indoor and outdoor play area for children, the ease to park and get to the rooms , the health facilities neat and tidy . Needed a room with 2 double bed to sleep 3 children and 2 adults, maybe it’s the option I picked . Nothing I didn’t like it was nice
