It was a stunning building with a holiday vibe as you enter. The restaurant was the only disappointment for us as our order was wrong & then an order was missed.

It’s £10 parking per day!

Very little

Vastly overpriced for the condition of the facilities: No basin sink in bathroom - waste partially blocked so water took a while to drain. Cold bath tap not fixed, all wobbly. No satellite TV channels - mentioned as a facility on your website. Restaurant DOES NOT offer views over Box Hill. Room not serviced unless requested, but often reception was not manned. No door hanger to request servicing. Breakfast poor. Your website says "Pay at Property" but the money was taken before we arrived.

Put in a room above a wedding reception with no warning ahead of time, this made trying to go to sleep very challenging.
