Perfect location, beautiful manicured gardens outside area beautiful , main building absolutely beautiful, rooms very nice with exceptional large bed .

The room was fantastic and the air conditioning was extremely refreshing. The bed was very comfortable. The setting was perfect. The pool was very welcoming after such a hot day.

We were very disappointed with the quality of the cooked breakfast. The bacon was barely warm and had no taste, the sausages were also lukewarm not hot after one bite was enough ,very strange taste. Mushrooms were soggy and the beans, had been hanging around to long. The eggs were hard. Very disappointing as it stated that the ingredients were from the finest suppliers. There was only strawberry jam,no choice, honey, or marmalade. And no croissants The milk for the cereals was warm.

Fantastic location. However, the photos are somewhat misleading as to the overall quality of the hotel - many of the rooms are in very ugly modern rear block that looked a bit 1970s. Butlin’s. We had actually paid for a deluxe room - described on booking.com as having period features - but we’re in the modern bit that had 100% no period features. We raised this with the hotel and they offered a 50% discount on the room upgrade costs - whilst appreciated we were still left very disappointed. It did not feel deluxe. The only thing that seemed to differentiate the deluxe rooms were some coffee capsules, robes and slippers. That said, staff were super friendly and it is located in a fantastic spot so close to the centre. The feel and Quality of the hotel needs to significantly improve for it to feel like a luxury staff. The hot stone massage was fantastic and the pool was good

Good, the only thing they could do with is a Gluten free toaster, i had to keep asking staff to toast my bread.
