Great location, friendly staff, lovely bar.

The panic from staff about giving you tea, milk or sugar and the restrictions on this. There were carpet moths in my room.

"Value hotel in a great location"

The location was brilliant, lots of parking (paid) everything in walking distance. The sheets were spotless.

The hotel is very dated, the room didn't have a radiator for example (there was a heater provided). The bathroom was also out dated, the grout needed a good scrub and there was lime scale around the bath that just needed some viakal! The toilet didn't flush properly so you had to pump the handle. Spend some money....

Location is great. Staff are very helpful.

This is supposed to be a premium hotel for the price charged but it is somewhat run down and tired. Breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs were grey and matted together. Coffee and muffins ran out and had to wait a while for refills. Room furniture was old and worn out.
