150 guests for pre dinner drinks. TWO barmen. One was very experienced the other whilst working hard had no clue about what was on offer, how to work POS system.

Most of the hotel is a big construction site

The staff was fantastic! So accommodating and helpful. Always going above and beyond for our comfort.

It was under renovation, so some services were unavailable, but the staff did everything they could to minimize the effects of the renovation on the guests.

Just back from an amazing weekend break at this lovely hotel. Location is perfect on the high street opposite the castle, our room was exceptional and recently refurbished. But the way we were treated by the reservations manager (Joy) and her team was outstanding making our stay so special. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in or around Windsor look no further!

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Although the main hotel building was being renovated, we stayed in the newer part of the hotel where the accommodation was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional and very courteous. We are looking forward to seeing how beautiful the completed renovations will be.

I wasn't told about the renovations until after I had booked and paid. The car parking was surprisingly expensive.

Excellent location,

Property was in an awesome location and the rooms were in good condition.

They had a hidden fee of 30 pounds per day for parking. I wasn’t aware so that increased the price of our stay more than I expected.

The location is good

We were told of the renovations, but having booked a year in advance in preparation for our daughter’s wedding, it was very disappointing to have such upheaval. The worst thing was there was no hot water and all the staff could say was probably everyone wanted a shower. Very unacceptable! For an expensive hotel , it was a very disappointing stay
