Lovely comfortable room and all the staff have been lovely. Great service at dinner, the chef cooked an amazing mixed grill!

Thayn at the bar is a great member of staff. A welcoming face after a days work and great to chat to. Good selections of drinks and food. Rooms have also been revamped with fresh decor and new 55” smart TV’s

The hotel is perfectly situated and very comfortable . Claire and her team were lovely and very helpful and really make a difference to a stay . We will see you again

Arrived by car on a Friday afternoon and found parking was available but the bays were very narrow (Not good). Booking in at reception was very good and the staff could not have been better, very pleasant and helpful. Lift to room was clean and quick and the rooms air-con was very welcome. The room was clean and well presented but some rubbish from a previous occupant was left in the bin. The Wi-fi was slow. The toilet seats are not "Soft Close" which was annoying to be awoken with a loud bang through out the night. The sink would not hold water, it wasted water. To get to the Breakfast Area there are three flights of stairs. The hand rails on both sides were sticky, dirty and made of wood. They would be easier to clean if made of metal. The carpet at the foot of the stairs needs replacing, it has seen better days. Service was good and very helpful. The croissants were unfortunately very stoggy, even when heated. Our last comment is that there was a conference being held on the Saturday which meant that when we returned from a ride out the only place left for us to park was on the far side of the carpark. Carpark should be separated with parking reserved for residents in the nearest bays. These could be colour coded for ease on arrival.

The hotel was grim, in an area next to a retail park. It is dated and is nowhere near to a 4 star rating. The sink and bath in our room drained at a snail's pace. The staff are lovely and friendly.

Great service and front desk staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, Lots of food choices nearby, 1 tip would be not to be in a room facing the food restaurants, We stayed facing this way and over a weekend we had the local youngsters driving the cars at high speed, loud music blasting using the horn and doing wheel spins and donuts until 3am. So avoid staying in a room this side of the hotel. Maybe weekdays are quieter. But the hotel it’s self was great and would stay again,

This hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but the inside doesn't let it down. Our room was amazing fully air conditioned Super king size bed that was so comfy pillows where amazing. One of the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean bathroom was super clean. Housekeeping where super polite but so where all the staff. Amazing choice for breakfast and the coffee was really good quality. They only problem I would say about the whole hotel was the bath was a bit deep to climb into to have a shower. We will definitely be back again. Drinks are a little bit pricey but really good variety.

Efficient and friendly service. Nice room with comfortable bed. Water, tea and coffee. Very high bathtub to climb into for a shower. No plug point at one of the bedside tables. Nice breakfast buffet in a dining room with a relaxing view of trees and a lake. Nice bar and reception area with large TVs. Short walk to Toby Carvery and other restaurants including Bella Italia and WagaMama ... This was the second time we stayed here and we would stay again.
