Holiday Inn Southampton-Eastleigh M3, jct13 by IHG

Booked a standard double room in this hotel last week and was looking forward to a night away with my partner on the booking I was given the option of a twin or double bed I asked for a double and was left with 2 singles pushed together. I spent most of my night with h either myself or my partner falling between them as they were not secured in place. I believe this to be a health and safety risk and when complaining to the hotel about it I was basically told it’s what u booked to deal with it. Zero customer service skills from Molly who is the head or reservations will not be back and advise people to avoid staying here at all costs!! More interested in charging a fortune than looking after their guests needs

Staff are well trained and make all the difference at this property. Staff friendly and chatty with customers. Evening meal excellent Good amount of onsite parking available. Stayed one night for pre cruise. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at many hotels and I think this is potentially the best!! From the reception to the bar and breakfast the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and the food was hot and very good!!!! Thankyou to the team you are doing a great job!!! Well done.

Booked as a package with 2 days at Paultons Park for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. If you’re travelling with young children, this is the ideal hotel with lots of nice little touches - milk and cookies at bedtime, indoor play area, good selection of kids food and little cutlery, and so on. Best of all, every single member of staff we encountered was upbeat, helpful, friendly and interacted with our daughter. Thank you to all the team at Holiday Inn Eastleigh!

The hotel was suitable for a 1 night stay and suited my needs as a stop between ferry and train the next morning. Breakfast was very good

My partner and I took our 2 year old daughter on her first holiday. We booked this hotel as part of the package for Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World. The hotel was 10/10. Very family friendly - swimming pool, play room, cookies and milk for children at night. Staff were more than helpful. A special shout out to Junior B at the front desk. He was a fantastic help and very good with our daughter. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn before our cruise. Had 2 week parking including with taxi however overlooked taxi only one way so need to pay on the way back (my error). Staff all friendly & helpful Room very spacious, quiet & massive bed! Good shower Had dinner the night before (gammon. & chips) very nice apart from the peas tasted of garlic which was a bit weird. Sat in a separate area called the 'Quiet zone' which I thought was a great idea, as quite a few loud children in the main dining area. Meals a bit pricey but not excessive. Able to grab a Starbucks coffee downstairs which was a bonus Public toilets are clean & pleasant smell

Booked this hotel for my gf and her daughter night before going on cruise from Southampton. Staff were absolutely fantastic, really made a big deal, extremely friendly and approachable for anything. Rooms and facilities 10/10 with a very comfortable nights stay with great breakfast on offer Plenty of things to do for the kids in the morning with play areas and parks not too far enough for a leg stretch. Will be returning and would look no further than this hotel as to where to stay next time when visiting friends within the area G&G 31.05.
