A bit late check-in is looks verry busy in there apart from that all amazing 👏 we definitely goo again

Hotel is lovely and very clean, We were impressed with our room and the bed was comfortable, Be careful if your shower is in the bath as can be a little slippery! Food was great but a little expensive, So wasn't surprised when people were bringing in takeaways, My only negative is its very noisy down stairs even in the queit area its noisy, All most as if the hotel's bar/restaurant area isn't big enough to accommodate too many guests to just sit and have a chat before or after a meal, So if you want a hotel where you can enjoy a quiet drink and a chat this isn't the hotel for you, Staff were excellent, Exterior of hotel was great too and plenty of parking.

The hotel is very good for families and kids. The stuff are very helpful and kind. I will comeback soon .

Stayed here for one night, well I wouldn’t be staying again it’s awful!! Restaurant is dirty no other way to explain it, sat at a table and the waitress watched me clean the table starters came with the child meal then main came I asked for them to clear the starter plate and they took my child’s meal that he was still clearly eating. Main was awful had the lasagna saw a previous post about the food being microwave meals well the person who wrote that was not exaggerating. Other families here as this hotel says it has a play room it’s just a room with bits of dirty toys in so don’t be fooled by that, kids were just running wild, room was very dated and you can hear everything from your room was extremely noisy until about 3am. Breakfast well I went had a look again the table was dirty and it was like feeding time in a zoo the food looked dry so we skipped the breakfast, on checkout was asked if everything was ok explained I was not happy and the receptionist just looked at me stupid will never stay here again and if you would like a quiet night I don’t recommend this hostel no other way to describe it.

We loved the room and the convenience of having the restaurant downstairs. The staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. Easy access to the airport and the cruise ship port.

Brilliant experience in this hotel. Travelled with my partner & 2 year old son to attend the nearby Paulton's Park. Excellent, friendly and efficient check in. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Chromecast on the TVs comes in handy too! We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner each day, it was so good. The team in the bar & restaurant were excellent, always attentive and despite being super busy - always took time to check in with us. True hospitality is evident at this hotel. There is a kids play room adjacent to the restaurant, our son loved this and it has a mixture of puzzles, books, play houses, cars, tvs etc. We also used the pool three nights in a row. Without a doubt the most family friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. Thanks to all the team Ruairi, Emma & Oscar

The staff in this hotel apper to actually want to serve you. The staff are a credit to this hotel. Ill be back.
