Comfort Suites Oshkosh West

Really enjoyed the pool and game room. The room was clean and there were a lot of nearby dining options. Staff friendly and efficient.

Decent place with very nice staff. Housekeeping never came and our keys never worked. Slightly run down but worth the price.

Room was exactly as promised. Whirlpool tub was a great decision. Would stay again.

TV didn’t work. Shower lukewarm. Policy is to not clean rooms.

Had to revisit the front desk 3 times after check in due to our room key not working. Wound up switching rooms. The ac in our room was very loud. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Did a 2 night stay with my family of 7 and was happy with the entire experience. Plenty of room for all of us in the 2 suites we had, pool and fitness center were a hit with the kids

2 night stay, room not ready at check in, waiting 15/20 minutes. First night fine. Second day went out in morning all fine came back to room about 12 and a member of staff asked why we’re not checking out as only staying for 1 night? We explained that we had booked and payed for 2. We went to the checking desk and told Expedia had only paid them for 1 night and WE needed to talk to Expedia to pay for 2nd night! After a lot of messages to and from Expedia the mgr agreed to sort it out, which he did. Poor communication with Expedia and hotel

Had multiple issues with mey cards, housekeeping never came to room even though we were there multiple nights. Used the slot machine but cashout machine didnt work and they wouldn't give me my money because its a different company but that company wouldnt reapond to mesaages so basically was told there was nothing they could do.

The whole hotel smelled like mold and mildew. I was glad when my kid pooped in our bathroom bc for a while you couldn’t smell mildew anymore.
