Comfort Suites Oshkosh West

Had a great stay and the place was clean and staff was very good and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room smelled horrible, the bathroom floor was sticky. The hallways smelled bad as well. It was disappointing

Breakfast was great, room was clean.

The hotel itself was clean with well stocked towels. The fan in our bathroom was crazy loud and came on with the light. So there was no way to shut it off. The bed was very hard. There was a variety of pillows the choose from which was nice. The free breakfest was just ok, with packaged things from Walmart. (I’m not saying that’s bad) Most hotels have name brand packaged things like yogurts and muffins etc. The eggs and sausage were not very good, but that’s just my taste. Over all though we would probably stay here again.

First room we were checked into had maintenance issues with HVAC & had a huge heater on at 113 degrees. Second room was ok. There were hair & stains on top sheets & comforters. We didn’t ask to change out as it was already late when we arrived. The front desk lady was not friendly at all. I had numerous encounters with her when I would ask for towels daily & she still was rude and acted like I was bothering her every time. The breakfast attendant was very friendly though & tried very hard to keep up with providing food to a busy hotel. The Houseman was also friendly & my husband and I enjoyed our conversations with him. Our trip was for a bowling tournament and if we do get a chance to come to Wisconsin again we will probably select a different hotel next time.

Big rooms, the girl in charge of the continental breakfast was so sweet and helpful! Breakfast was great! Rooms were big and clean and hotel offered games.

The staff was very helpful and friendly
