Avoid This Hotel – Dirty, Poorly Maintained, and Badly Managed I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on our recent experience. We had to switch rooms during our stay, and unfortunately, both rooms had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. Room 1: Mold around the bathtub Peeling paint under the showerhead A pull-out sofa with a ripped zipper on the cushion and visible interior, stains and ripped couch pillow. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty — I had to clean it myself before my kids could use it Room 2: Still had mold in the bathroom, though less than the first Two lights by the bed were burned out One window had a large spiderweb crack Other Issues: The elevator was filthy, with a gross floor and grimy number panel The kiddie pool was shut down with a plastic chair in it and a sign saying "out of order" The main pool was murky and smelled like swamp water — clearly not properly filtered or chlorinated The front desk was constantly unattended — we always had to ring a bell, and when someone did show up, they didn’t know the answers to basic questions and had to ask a manager This hotel clearly has major maintenance and staffing problems. I regret staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families with children. Spend your money somewhere cleaner, safer, and better managed.

Let's just say, I wouldn't stay at this property ever again, nor would I suggest it to anyone. The room stunk like curry. As soon as we opened the room door, we were overtaken by a strong odor of curry. It was super nauseating. The bathroom floor around the toilet was wet and dirty. The toilet leaked water and there appeared to be urine stains on the floor. The towels and bedsheets were dirty with hairs sticking out of them. I was rather disgusted with whole room. At least the front desk person was nice at check-in.

Room was very clean & staff were polite & helpful. But bathroom & HVAC fans were VERY noisy. Shower curtain was too short for the tub. Need more staff at breakfast in order to replenish food on buffet . Only decaf coffee was offered and water for tea was tepid. Will not return, cannot recommend.

Great hotel! Was a little worried about booking because of some of the reviews on here. In my experience everything was great! The pool was my kids favorite part. They have a nice gym. The game room was ok.

One would think they could at least put a new coat or touch up all the chipped paint. Doesn’t seem well kept. We arrived in last weekend in May. Lobby still had poinsettias all over. No big deal but also indicative of care.

The room had a musty smell whenever the fan was shut off.

It's the second time I’m staying here. The rooms were very clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. There were a few staff members I was very impressed with: Michelle from the kitchen/ breakfast area, Mike and Kaitlyn at the front desk and the cleaning staff.

The hotel needs seroius updating. The housekeeping needs improvements as was not good at all. Most of the front desk staff aren't old enough to drink but were trying their best. The manager was overwhelmed and indicated that she took acfion with the housekeeping staff. The continental breakfast was no very good so dont plan on anything there but coffe. The website is not accurate to all of the amenities such as the rec room has only a ping pong table and the slot machines. The game room is non exsistent now and looks li,e a storage closet. She did refund a portion of our stay, but wouldnt recommend staying there unless the cheapen the price.
