Very dirty. Floors were sticky. The floor we were staying on had such a bad odor. The room was not very clean. The shower had mold all over . The elevators stunk like b.o. trash was over flowing.

They put us in a handicapped room (there were plenty of rooms available. The view from the room window was the back of the concrete hotel sign. The bathtub was dirty, the bathroom walls and floor were dirty. The elevators were awful (floor, walls, doors and panel). I will not stay at this property again.

The girl who checked us in was great. She only been there a week and she did amazing. Housekeeping was great to . The breakfast was okay the first morning food ran out and had to heat stuff up after it got out . Second morning way better might be cause we got there right at 7 and not 8

This is second time we have stayed here in the past 8 months. It's a nice property overall and really close to shops, restaurants, movie theater, and the interstate. I really only have two complaints. One- the toilet in our room would intermittently run out of water in the tank. I think the issue was with the shut off valve coming out of the wall but sometimes there'd be water available for flushing and sometimes not. The other issue was breakfast. Everything was a bit cold and this was at 8:00am, so it's not like it was at the very end of breakfast. Also, no tongs at all to help grab items. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. Will probably stay here again as the price, overall building condition, location, and comfort were great.

The room was okay. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Water not very hot in the faucets. Bed was comfortable, though. Breakfast was disappointing. They weren't able to keep the items stocked. No plates or forks. Had to use a spoon to eat eggs and sausages in a styrofoam bowl. The scrambled eggs were not very tasty. Boiled eggs were better but they ran out and did not refill while we were there. No bananas. One orange was left.

Overbooked, no hot water, room smell

Not an enjoyable stay. The bed pillows are half size queen pillows. The beds are uncomfortable (one had broken frame). There was stuck gum and old food and garbage overflowing in common areas. We asked about extra towels (our room reserved for 6 people had only 3) and were told they were out but washing more. The room smelled very strongly like chemicals that may be shouldn't have been used together. The pool area was dirty, very small and very cold. The pool bathroom had no paper towel, toilet paper, or soap, even after other guests asking. We did inform the staff of the messiness in common areas and requested items to be refilled in public bathroom and our room to be equipped with the items we needed for our stay. We needed extra linens for the pull out couch that was just a bare mattress. My husband went to request them and was met by an eye roll, handed only sheets, he then requested a blanket as well. More eye rolls and tossed the blanket on the counter and walked away and never uttered a word to him. Lobby looks decent and outside is taken care of but the rooms and cleanliness need a serious upgrade. Also the new game room is very messy with overflowing garbage cans and everything costs extra, including the pool tables, etc. Half the games were off or didn't have prizes in the doors as advertised. Also we had an accessible room which was not compliant - entry at an angle and the shower was not a roll in. Many locks and key card entry doors
