Comfort Suites Oshkosh West

WE enjoyed this visit...some of the extras don't exist anymore....but there were no smokers out front...nice clean fresh air. Breakfast is the same every am, only matters if you stay more nights in a row. The game room has gambling games no video ones for kids anymore. STILL has pool, corn hole and table tennis. GREAT service when needed. Towels not stocked fully had to get more right away and bedding for the pull out mattress.

I am extremely disappointed. My room smelled like a wet dog, the bathroom was gross, the bathroom floor was covered in some sort of greasy film, we could not get hot water in the sink, and the walls were filthy. I am not usually picky about my hotel rooms. I have stayed in lots of hotels. This one, by far, was one of the worst. The only reason I have it 2 stars is because the beds were comfortable and there was free breakfast. I will not stay here again.

Check was so-so, we were not given the room type.We had requested but we took it. The rooms needed updated and the air conditioners were housekeeping problems galore. The manager did refund us one night as we had 3 separate rooms reserved reserved.And she tried her best. The breakfast buffet was very, very ordinary and some of the amenities that were listed in the website we're not available like the game room and the Rec Room. But the building needs serious updating and is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was very good except that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, but the hotel manager had one up within 5 minutes of my call to the front desk. :-)

Smell like urine

The room was large and very clean. I liked the channel guide for the tv. Initially, the entrance was a bit tricky to find getting to the hotel; it's tucked away behind fast food places on the frontage road.
