Holiday Inn Leeds Brighouse by IHG

Love staying at the hotel Tommy and Shane were very good A great credit to the hotel as are Sara and Iris Lovely rooms and lovely food Would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful stay here recently with friends , the staff (especially one- serge housekeeping) made sure my room was spotless and he asked if there was anything he could for us, he was very kind and an asset to the team!

Location for a wedding we wete attending Bedrooms tbst were not hot & stuffy Very friendly staff Breakfast was great, especially the lady (we've forgotten her name) who cooked the poached eggs. Great to have a gym & pool 24 hr bar

The steps directly out of the hotel that lead to the carpark need fixing. They are a trip hazard as loose.

The stay was great the only thing that let it down was we ask for something from the menu that was not on the brunch menu 10am/2pm and they said they couldn't do it for us because it was tied to the brunch menu but not listed on that part, and it states on the menu all day dining

Spacious, plenty of parking and great facilities

Sauna was not working this time

That it had a balcony

Wasn’t put on the site that there be no pool or gym on that weekend.
